What is the metal content of the solder you use? Our solder is 96% tin and 4% silver. It is completely lead-free so it’s safe to wear against your skin.
Can I get my jewelry wet? We do not recommend that you wear our jewelry in any wet place! Although the seal around the glass is very tight, it’s still possible for moisture to get in and create condensation, which is impossible to remove.
How do I clean my soldered jewelry? Simply buffing it vigorously with a soft cloth will remove dirt and some tarnish. To clean more thoroughly, use a silver cleaning cloth.
Do you guarantee your products? We stand confidently behind our workmanship as long as our pieces are cared for and used gently and only as necklace pendants. The glass is thick enough that it should never break with normal wear. If any part of your soldered piece structurally fails we will replace it. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Breakage due to sitting on one while it’s in a pocket, thrown in a purse or put in the hands of a small child will not be covered. Tugging on a pendant while it’s hanging on a chain will tear the jump ring away from the glass, which can’t be repaired and is not covered.
Can I hang my soldered pendant from a keychain? We do not recommend hanging your pendant from a keychain or anyplace else it will get lots of abuse. These are meant for necklaces only, and we cannot be responsible for any piece that has been improperly used.
The clasp on my Charm Holder has become loose. What can I do to tighten it? Should the clasp on your charm holder become loose, simply pull the ring a TINY bit apart. Be careful not to stretch the ring out of shape. This should work to tighten the clasp. Do not try to make adjustments to the clasp itself.
Do you do custom work? At this time, since we’re just a little company, we can’t accept any requests for custom work.
How do you ship? We ship everything USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5 to anywhere in the US. We are not equipped to ship by any other method. Orders of $100 or more will ship for free!
Can I pick up my order? Yes, if you prefer, you can pick up your order here in Centennial, Colorado! We'll just email directions to you when your order is ready.
Do you gift wrap? We are sorry but because we are such a small operation with lots to do, we can’t gift wrap or include gift cards. We do, however, offer organza pouches (see the “Charming” Additions link) which make a lovely way to give a gift, especially when it must be mailed directly!
When can I expect my order? Please allow 1 week for your order to ship. Every piece is made to order, especially for you!
Do prices include tax? 2.9% tax will be automatically added to orders shipped to Colorado. There is no tax on any orders shipped outside of Colorado.
Do you accept returns and exchanges? Please make your selections carefully, as we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Do you wholesale to retailers? At this time we are only able to accommodate very few wholesale accounts. Keeping up with production for our markets, events, and website keeps us too busy to supply any more wholesale accounts.
